  After 3 of my 4 pregnancies I knew coming back to work with Stephen was my best chance at getting back in shape & feeling strong again.
  
  I would've done it 4 out of 4 but I didn't meet him until after my second daughter was born!
  
  I also suffered from lower back pain and after a consultation with Stephen and a few workouts the pain was gone. This has been my experience over 10 years time of being his client and when the pain returned during each pregnancy.
  
  Not to mention how physically fit and energized I feel daily - and energy is important when I have active children to keep up with!
  
  I can't say enough about Stephen's expertise and knowledge and how his custom workouts are the best around. I love the way I feel after consistently working out at 29 Again. I highly recommend giving it a try:)
