  Things tend to be pricey, but return policy is generous, and the staff is very knowledgeable. They helped me select a pair of trekking poles which I wasn't sure I needed but was very glad I got. Reliable bike repair. Useful seminars. Great outings. Bonuses once you join: the lifetime membership is worth it. Unfortunately they no longer carry Tevas, but wouldn't go anywhere else for hiking boots. Equipment for kayaking, biking, hiking, camping, running, backpacking.

  Thank you, Vernon! You were exceptionally helpful with helping me try on hikingback packs and insuring that a backpack fit correctly(it was my first time purchasing one.) Vernon was exceptionally knowledable and friendly. I purchased $200 in gear at this location and used the online coupon to purchase $300 more in equipment. Thanks!
